South Florida 2010 - what will it be like in 4 years.
The item on greenermiami that caught my attention was a link to the Collins Center for Public Policy that highlighted a study called "South Florida 2010" it gives:

The best case seemed to be the second - which seems pretty cool to me. Nice to see people looking at the longer term. Interesting reading with the "Castro factor" so current. Things will change in Cuba.
